R & D Center

In May 2008, the company established the R&D Center to be responsible for the technology and R&D of the group company. Among the 36 employees in the R&D Center, a senior refractory engineer serves as the director of the Center, and the others are technical personnel with master's degree, bachelor's degree or above, who have made considerable achievements in the industry. The situation of R&D personnel is shown in Table 1.

The R&D Center has a complete set of inspection equipment and advanced chemical inspection technology for refractories. From sample preparation to physical and chemical tests, we have been updating equipment and obsoleting outdated equipment, which greatly improves the laboratory work efficiency and chemical inspection accuracy. The laboratory of the R&D Center has a long-term cooperation with University of Science and Technology Liaoning, and assigns some of the technical backbones every year to get trained in the Inorganic Materials Engineering Center of the University and receive on-site explanations of relevant inspection principles and technologies, so as to improve the professional level of chemical inspection technicians. Every year, we also organize business exams among relevant personnel, and the results are included in performance appraisal.
